Sky Suites 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
At Sky Suites, we understand that plans can change. To accommodate our guests, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Please review the following terms and conditions:
- Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Full Refund: Cancellations made within this 48-hour window will receive a full refund of any deposits or payments made.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one night's stay.
- No-Shows: Guests who do not cancel their reservation and fail to check in will be charged for one night's stay.
- Modification of Reservation: Guests wishing to modify their reservation dates within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time may do so subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates: Reservations made under special offers, promotions, or non-refundable rates may have different cancellation terms. Please refer to the specific terms and conditions of these offers at the time of booking.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other emergencies, we reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy.
